Job Responsibilities:
The role of Claims Examiner provides operational support for activities associated with the processing and adjudication of claims to include: 1) Data entry of claims ensuring accurate and timely payment to meet or exceed customer service level agreements 2) Properly adjudicate claims based on knowledge of covered benefits, insurance and provider contracts 3) Identify and resolve issues surrounding pended claims according to established procedures.
The role of the Customer Service Representative provides operational support for activities associated with the EOB and adjudication of claims to include: 1) Excellent communication skills 2) Data entry skills 3) Knowledge of covered benefits, insurance and provider contracts 4) Identify and resolve benefit issues related to the call
Required Skills:
Knowledge of claims paying systems preferred: AMISYS, NASCO, Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Qcare, Xcelys, Nexgen, QNXT, ITS, WGS, Call Care Browser and Diamond.
Our assignments are located nationwide and may require 100% travel. Our projects can last anywhere from 2 months to 2 years. Our Associates stay onsite for 6-8 weeks at a time, and are then given an opportunity to go home for up to one week. Associates continue that cycle throughout the project's duration. Our client's pay all of the travel expenses including airfare, hotel, rental car and a generous per diem. There can also be opportunities for overtime.
